How It Started..
Wayne grew up in the water. His dad's hobby of growing exotic plants provided him with a great part time job growing up, not to mention the opportunity to learn from one of the best. After school, Wayne decided to train to become a butcher, leaving the plant world behind. Saying goodbye to the plants was harder than expected and he decided to turn his dad's passion into a business.

Where We Are Now..
We have come a long way from the start and been through a lot of ups and downs, but Nicole is still going strong and keeping the business going. It has been challenging since Wayne's death, but through hard work, support from family and friends, and sheer determination, Nicole has continued to realise Wayne's dream and the tradition of turning out top quality plants!
How It Evolved..
Wayne set about turning the passion into a business and ended up meeting Nicole along the way. Together, they slowly expanded and eventually outgrew the small facilities in Townsville. Time to look for a sunny and warm area with access to plenty of water, they relocated to the current facilities in the Northern Queensland area. Wayne and Nicole continued to expand the business until Wayne's death in 2007.
